Joking aside: If it isn’t cracked you might just have a watchmaker polish it for you. Or, if you’re happy to invest a 5er and some muscle power you can buy poly watch and try yourself.
Should it indeed be cracked, generic replacement crystals won’t be expensive. ~20€/25$ maybe, give or take. If you want an Omega crystal for it, these can regularly be found for 20-50€, so it’s not a massive investment either.
275€ for the watch gives you plenty money to have the crystal replaced and come out with a nice watch for a very reasonable price I’d say. Not factoring in whatever work the movements need to have done, of course, as there’s no picture or information on it.
