I recently received a Speedy 145.022-74 with the 1171 bracelet in the photos attached. The cutouts on the underside of the links adjacent to the deployant & the 633 end links look odd to me. Looking for any relevant information on these. Thanks!

Those last two links appear to be not original. The outer sections seem a little narrower.

It’s not a standard 1171, it’s a novolink (hence the slightly different removable links). These are generally seen on watches from Japan and aren’t always fully compatible with ‘normal’ 1171 Endlinks etc

Thanks @Davidt! So are you saying that the novolink bracelet was paired with an 1171 deployant & 633 end links? Other than the different removable links is there any way to determine whether or not the rest of the bracelet is genuine 1171?

It looks like a novolink 1171. Seems fine. The 633 are service endlinks. The bracelet is unlikely to have originated on a speedy but looks largely the same despite the different construction

No, the bracelet seems correct. Novolink is a legitimate maker/version of 1171’s but they are slightly different to Swiss 1171’s as you’ve noted. I don’t believe they ever came on a Speedmaster for instance. Instead, they’re usually found on Seamaster Cosmics etc.
