Help with my Omega Constellation 568.0019

Hello,

I found a nice case for a 568.0019 constellation ladies watch and then went and sourced the needed Cal. 685 and a fitting dial (At least I think so). I serviced the Movement and it is running very well.

The problem is that I am missing the inner bezel (shadow ring, Lünette, Rehaut) and the crystal gasket (should be 22mm outer diameter). Would anyone be so kind and help me out with the part numbers on that? I am not able to find those at all. The watch over all seems pretty rare to see. Probably super hard to get the parts, but maybe they are used in other watches too and I can somehow get lucky finding them. Or at least I would be able to know the exact dimensions of the crystal gasket.

Here some pictures of what I got and one reference picture of what I need:

Could I have any luck with this:
Glass, Steel Ring, Omega PZ5189
It is for the 568.0017. Maybe this will solve my problem.

Happy for any help!

According to this from Cousins, you need a TN5215, which is a mineral glass. There is one on eBay at a reasonable price. What made you think that you need a PZ5189?
I don’t know anything about this watch, but the case parts might be hard to find without having access to a watchmaker with an Omega parts account.

Hello, thank you for the reply.
I know that I would need a TN5215 from researching cousins as well, but without the right Glas Gasket and the inner bezel, that will not help me.

Since I am not sure if I will be able to aquire those parts or even find out their dimensions, I thought the PZ5189 would at least complete the watch and make it wearable for private use, since it is the right size to fit in the case and house the outer bezel on top.

Thanks for clarifying. If I were you, I would try to fit a generic mineral crystal and gasket instead of an Omega acrylic that is made for a different case. The cases with the two references you posted above look quite similar, but the bezels look different to me.

You are completely right, without knowing the size of PZ5189 I should rather get a generic armoured 22mm one.

I would still be very keen to know the dimensions and part numbers of:

- 568.0019 Crystal Gasket
- 568.0019 Inner Bezel
- Omega PZ5189

Maybe I am able to keep it fully "original" to the ref. number part wise (or at least get the omega crystal that might have a fitting dome height to my case):
If anyone is able to get these infos and would be kind enough to share them with me, I really would appreciate it a lot 😀

My suggestion was to go with a generic mineral crystal instead of an acrylic with a tension ring, but it's your call. I don't think it's just the diameter that matters for a good fitment of the crystal, but I could be wrong.

I don't have the inner bezel details, but you can see the crystal gasket specs in the link I posted above:

PZ5189 seems to be 21.6mm in diameter based on the link below. What did you measure on the case?

The case measures 22mm. Makes sense that the outer diameter of the gasket is the same. But 2.8mm gasket height is pretty crazy, will be hard to find anything generic like that.
Thanks a lot for the info already.
