The picture isnt exactly helping but based on that blur I'd suggest it looks genuine and circa 1955 +/- 5 years.
It may be rather nice when cleaned up, it is v hard to tell at this stage but it looks original. Prob got a 26X movement inside (ie a 30T2 derivative). Could well have radium lume. Not something to panic about but something to be aware of.
Be aware you may have to spend $200-400 to get it working right but it's a good find if not too expensive, though not super valuable even when sorted.
