The 1342 (as stamped on the back) is a late 1970s quartz movement, it uses a push to set in the crown which can be very flakey. When they go wrong there are next to no parts left to fix them so it is a risk taking one on. I actually quite like that vs most of Omega's output during this period which was pretty poor. The fact that it is a quartz watch from this era will hold the value back considerably. If it wont work after a new battery is put in, or worse still full of acid from an old battery that leaked it is pretty much game over from an economic point of view.
