Help with gold 40's Omega

Hello everyone
I would like to ask for help from the experts regarding this omega dated 1940s with 18 carat gold case.
The dial looks original but there is something that doesn't convince me.
Also I would like to know what you think is a fair purchase price (obviously in case it is declared original, otherwise I'm not the least bit interested).

Here some pictures

Thank you all in advance

What is that that "does not convince you?"

I'm concerned about the mis-aligned printing in the subdial and the dial fonts, printing and spacing....but that's just me.

What has your research shown?

Exactly! Even to me the numbers, especially 7 and 5 don't seem to line up but I found a model on the net and it seems to have the same spacing, what do you think? I really like the watch but I certainly don't want a reprint

The dial looks fine to me. Not sure about the hands. They are the correct shape, but seem a bit too long.

I think the length is OK, the minute hand looks original but the hour hand is a wrong replacement as it differs in shape.
IMO the dial is correct also.

Why does it say "fabrique ER suisse" and not "fabrique EN suisse" on the movement?

For the dial and hands i would trust mac_omega.

As mentioned above, hour hand's shape seems wrong, and the "fabrique eR suisse" is a big "what ?" for me. Dial's fine,
I wouldn't pay as much as the asking price if I really wanted it.
