Help with birthyear Speedy

Hi folks,

I have been into Constellations and Seamasters in the past and was lucky enough to find some decent pieces.
Since some days I started my search for my birthyear Speedmaster which is a 145.022-78. (originally I was searching for a 105.012 or 145.012 but they are out of my budget)
I of course checked the speedmaster101 page but I wanted to know if you have hints what to watch out for this model.
Maybe some of the experts can comment on this example.

It is rather pricy but for me it is important to know whether this an honest example.

Can't express how much I like this "spirit of search" the watch you really want, especially when it is a birthyear one!
