Omega made dozens of references that appear in pictures almost identical with large varieties of dials, across tons of sizes. So just a picture gets us to.... MAYBE a few hundred answers to that. SOG53 made a reasonable guess, but I'm sure his confidence level is mid-to-low.
The info you need is actually printed on the inside of the case. The reference number is written inside the case back, and caliber is written on the movement itself. From there, figuring out the date is pretty simple.
