Do you think omega used this huge hour markers ? I am trying to find a similar one by googling but I can’t. The closest one I found is the second photo in which I see that only 12,6,9 are thicker or are the photos playing tricks in my eyes ? I also see in the first photo some kind of circular inner bezel between the hour Markers and the case?

Some of those larger markers appear to not be centered on the minute markers above, so I agree with No Mercy.

I just saw the exact dial in the ref 166.130 so this markers were in fact genuine omega. However did a 166.128 case exist with the above dial?

Well, also the “E” in the omega logo is slightly leftish bellow the Ω, and the lume dot after the hour markers is missing, so I guess it’s a redial.

The hour markers are legit but the print has certainly been refinished.
