Help with a Longines 12.68z flyback repair

Does anyone know of a watch repairman who can help with 12.68z, circa 1940? It's running and keeping decent time, but my chap here (London) was unable to get the flyback mechanism operating properly--I'm travelling to the States soon, so someone on that side of the pond would work as well. Once it's operating at full steam, I'll be looking to sell or trade it.
