So I recently got my first Constellation and love it and have since been looking for my next one. I came across this one, not mine yet, but the seller doesn’t give much detail on the watch. Some searching does show existing similar dials but not on the same gold on steel case and I just want to be sure it’s real and also what someone would pay for this Constellation. Thanks in advance to all that can help!

The watch looks fairly decent. Lugs are slightly worn out. Interesting Patina on the dial. Movement looks good. Requires a new caseback gasket.

Also seller is asking $900, too much for its condition?

Yes it is a bit on the high side given its condition. You can search for this reference on the sales forums here and get a rough idea of the condition/price that is ideal for this piece.

Yes, especially since it looks like it will need a full service based on the wear on the rotor and caseback. This indicates a worn rotor bushing and/or rotor post.

The case to caseback interface is heavily corroded so effecting a good water resistant seal may be problematic.

The case is gold capped so the cap on the lugs is never as sharp as a stainless or solid gold case.

the case middle has a fair amount corrosion, even with a new seal I wouldn't expect it to be water resistant.

"Original". If you get the rotor replaced it will have an "R".

    ;)

Please note the ;) under my post. It was meant to be an attempt at humour.

I don't know what the circle symbolises, I don't think anybody does.

I suspect Omega just added a motif to fill the space and balance the look of the engraving on the rotor.
