Help with 1940s-1950s? Omega Cal. 30T2 Redial? Franken?

I found this recently floating on the bay. It's a 30T2 movement, movement number 985887, and case number 10431493. The logo seems right for the period and the state of the dial makes me think its original. However, I've yet to find another dial like this one to compare. Any insight at all would be appreciated.

The logo seems incorrect and I've never seen a 30T2 sector dial like this. You can look for a correct one googling.
The case back without four digits reference is for an earlier one.
