Hello!
New on this forum, I got hold of a 1963 Omega Automatic square watch (caliber 671) - See picture. It works fine but one of the indices is missing.
Where can I find a replacement?
Thanks for your kind contribution.
Best regards,
JayM

On a donor dial. Try ebay

Have you opened up the case? There's a small chance the marker may have dislodged and worked its way around the edge of the dial.

Thank you, nothing in the case unfortunately!

I have had mixed luck replicating things with a fiber laser.

The main issue is that the parts warp, especially when attempting to cut things out of thin razor blades.

Using a fiber laser to cut a part... I think that's beyond my ability... But I'll keep that in mind if I can't findd a replacement, I'll have to carve one on my own.

After a good cleaning and servicing, and a new strap. But still missing the index...

Never an easy task, unfortunately, since Omega made so many different dial variations. And especially hard for a reference like that, which doesn't show up all that often.

Might want to try a goldsmith/metal worker. Make one out of steel and rhodium plate it

As I mentioned. Use the case reference number to search
