How do you spot a replacement crown?

The crown everyone wants to see on a 60s Speedy is the 24 tooth flat foot. MWO also states that 32 tooth narrow or wide feet can also be correct. That one looks similar to the 32 tooth narrow foot of the 60s and 70s but the symbol looks smaller and the feet extra narrow so I'm thinking its an 80s or later crown. I'll try to find some pics for ya

Judging from the low resolution pics I'm pretty positive the dial has been relumed.
Color looks artificial. The white markers are 100% covered, indicating no shrinking or flaking (which is rare)
especially considering the scratches on the dial and that it's not original to the movement.
Also, you can spot a slight shine on the lume. This is typical for newer binder, as the old dried out one is always matte.

@Jackee
I'm looking at the interior movement pic...I want my screwheads to be pristine; these are not.
FWIW, I find meaning in roughed-up screws, and can also glean meaning from "clean" ones too. 馃憤

WOW this is rather an extraordinary standard "screwheads to be pristine" can you please elaborate what meanings you find and what's your standards for roughed-up - pristine and if there are other scales in between?
