Help wanted identifying age of this omega

Hi
New member just joined.
Can anyone help identify this watch and its age. I've just inherited it....so it could even be a fake.
Thanks in anticipation of any help.
The markings I can see are:
Inside on back of case 5491 and 196.0065
On the movement area:
The omega sign plus swiss made and 1310

Serial number seems date it to ca 1973, first year for the caliber 1310.
