Hi there,

I own three 1479/812 Omega bracelets and with two of them the clasp springbar snapped after removing it from the clasp. One end of the springbar popped out and does not stay put. I have asked my Omega watchmaker and AD to check if this clasp springbar can be ordered, but it's only available when ordering the complete clasp. That's too expensive. The problem with regular springbars is that the tips stick out of the clasp. So does anyone know a good source to get these short tip springbars?

Dimensions of the springbar:

Thickness: 1,28 mm
Thickness tip: 0,9 mm

Thickness of the clasp cover: 0,70 mm
Clasp width (outside): 17.4 mm
Clasp width (inside): 16,2 mm

So it would require a 1,3mm thickness springbar with short tips, that don't stick out of the clasp.
