Hoping someone has run into this before and can help.

The "catch/release tab" (term?) on my Aqua Terra bracelet stopped moving today. Anyone know how to correct this or what could be causing it?

    :D

Okay, seriously - it's probably got a lot of dirt in it. A good cleaning should fix it.

I'm definitely better with a mallet than I am with cleaning things. Any suggestions for effectively getting the gunk out of that enclosure?

Yes, there's a very specialized tool called a "watchmaker". Well, most of them aren't tools. :D Then there's always the all-time fix-everything can of WD40. ::stirthepot::

Can you soak it in warm soapy water? Maybe a little help from a toothbrush to get some imbedded dirt?

Or a cheap ultrasonic from the bay. There was a thread not long ago on the topic.
