Help: vintage Omega Speedmaster Deville

I need help obtaining specific information on my Omega Speedmaster Deville watch. It's an automatic movement with a gold filled case. Thats all I know.

Please helped me identify it further and whether it has any value before I give it to my grandchild as a heirloom gift.

Dial seems repainted, case is a bit soft from wear/polishing

Also, its a seamaster and not a speedmaster. Case looks like gold to me. Get a watch guy to open it up to check and see if its solid gold. it certainly has value .
