welcome @AlexandreRekkit
condolences on the loss of your grandfather

it looks very much like a 168.016.
It looks to be a 'deluxe' version with a gold dial
(IIRC these references didn't have a separate reference number for a deluxe the way their predecessors did)

These watches date from the late 60s.
To get a nearer approximation, you would need to have the watch opened and look for the movement serial number.
Don't open it yourself as gold is soft and you may damage the case back.

Hope that helps

IIRC the 168.016 was the first Constellation to use the 751 day-date movement.
One of our members has a fabulous constellation collectors' blog. (some bits are out of action at present)
This is a link to the 751 watches including the 168.016

Thank you! I really appreciate it.
Just one more question, the band of My grandfathers watch doesnt seem original. Do you think It would be best to find a original band and replace It? Maybe the leather One since i dont think i can afford the gold One.
Thank you once again.

You're welcome

Not many folks can carry off a gold watch with a gold bracelet - even if it is nice Milanese bracelet.

Bracelets were bought as an option at the point of sale, some were Omega (or approved by Omega) some were 'after market'.

Do you have pictures of the clasp of the bracelet? (both sides of both ends would help) - especially any marks on the clasps.

The bracelet will have a value above gold price if it is in good order.

Leather looks good on gold watches.
Colour and style is a personal choice.
Black or brown works with yellow gold but most advise not to use a heavily padded strap on a vintage watch.

@AlexandreRekkit

If you are going to wear the watch, you should look to have your watch serviced by a watchmaker competent in vintage watches.
You may wish to find one with an Omega-certified watchmaker with a parts account - because, while your large-cyclops crystal has the Omega symbol, I'm 99% sure it should have a gold retaining ring to match the gold dial, not the silver one it currently has.

If you let folks know which country you are in you may get some recommendations for a watchmaker.
