Kinda looks like it's missing the bezel. Also, with the lack of depth rating, it was probably meant for fashion more than function. I'd keep looking for a 31mm Seamaster 120 or Seamaster 60

The watch and box don't belong to each other.

The box is for a Polaris. The watch is a tired Genève.

Looks like a cobbled up "box and papers" offering, i.e. a farrago.
