Help Verifying Watch

I have had this watch for a long time and have been trying to learn more about it. I always thought it was a 1966 Omega Seamaster Cosmic, but the numbers on the dial are throwing me off. Has this been re-dialed? Any help would be appreciated.

The crystal scratches might deform a bit, but the “Seamaster” text looks off, in addition to being quite bold. The minute marks are also a bit clumsy, for instance around 3 o’clock. The crosshair isn’t straight. A few things that you wouldn’t normally see on a dial from the factory.

Yea that dial is way off, unusual for these too as their water resistance isn’t that bad
