Help: Universal Geneve Compur Black Snail Dial

Hi everyone, my name is Jas and I’m new to this forum. I came across this beautiful UG Compur with a snail dial and I would love to have your expert opinion about it. I know the photo is low resolution (not mine), but could you please tell me if the dial is original or a redial? Thanks a lot!

I'm going with redial on the basis of curved-top threes in the minute track and a general look inconsistent (more modern) with a Compur

Cant be sure without examining it, but apart from all that has been mentioned, to me, it does look like a dial from another house which has had the Universal Geneve logo and Compur added at some point in its life.

Easily mistaken for a re-dialed UG. I have seen this sort of thing before ...
