Help...trying to find a replacement crystal

Hey All,

I have vintage Omega from 1962 (caliber 286) that I need a new crystal for. The case number is 14714-61-SC. Can any help me track one down? I haven't had any luck finding one.

Crystal part number listed on the Omeha Extranet is 062PN1055 - GLASS PLEXI D30.35 H3.8.

Many thanks, Cousinsuk lists a PN1055 available, maybe I'll take a shot at that and see if it fits.
