Help to identify vintage ladies omega watch 14 ct rose gold

hi there, i am new to the forum and would want your guys input about this vintage omega ladies watch that i just recently purchased for my wife. Rose gold 14kt, was not opened by previous owner but he was sure it was genuine. Strap is not original but a later model omega strap. It has markings Wordsworth at back. Im from new zealand. Its manual wind. See picture. I want to know more about this watch. Pls let me know before i take this to the jeweller and have it opened. Working fine.
