Hello, i'm interested to buy this omega constellation but couldn't figure out its exact model ref number bcs the owner has swapped the back case cover.

Any input or thoughts on this watch is also appreciated. Thank you

The movement and crown are also not from Constellation. Case and dial probably ref 14393
