If it’s a family watch, take it to a proper local watchmaker and get him/her to open the case and photograph the inside case back, the movement and take better photos of the face.
The dial, from your awful photos, is a proper mess and looks like it was badly cleaned/repainted at some stage.
If it’s not a family heirloom, it’s a complete mess and money pit and you’d be well advised to steer clear of it.
