    Hello everyone!!

I just got my dream watch, after years of saving and I'm very happy!! I never thought I would get it at my age and I'm very grateful!

But... I just realised the seconds hand doesn't align when stopped.. my question is: would you guys bother with that ?

Congrats on purchase. Did that was highlighted by seller / you knew it before buying it (dont know if you bought at store, online etc). If everything else works fine and you got it for a reasonable price would not bothered me.

Does it always reset at the same position? If so might be as simple as having a watchmen re-position the chrono hand at zero. Anyway think something like that should had been declared by seller; did you asked him?

Yes, it always resets at the same position (the one on the picture). I asked if everything was okay and if the chrono was ok

It would bother me. I'd ask a watchmaker if they can reposition and see the cost of it. Also mention it to the seller and see what he says.

Best of luck, and nice watch

Great watch BTW, I have one and its a frequent wearer.

I definitely dont like it when the center seconds hand doesnt align correctly, I would try and live with it for a few weeks to also ensure the watch is working fine and then if it still bugged me I'd get it repositioned by a reputable watch maker.

I would have the watch serviced and get the sweep seconds hand set to the correct position. Just me. Nice watch btw.

Very quick fix for a watchmaker to re-align the hand

Hard to find good watch makers to do odd jobs like that without charging an arm and a leg. A lot don't want to touch the watch unless you're getting a complete overhaul
