    Looks like a 14k gold capped 168.005 powered by a 561/564 movement with a refinished dial.

    My guess is that it is a Ref. 168.005 that has either a cal. 561 or 564. The difference is the quick-set date by pulling the crown.

    Without high quality close up pictures, it is impossible to give you any more information. You should consider going to a watchmaker, have him open up the back and record what you see there.
