Very little can be said based on a single picture. I would estimate the watch is probably from the 1940's.

 

That is a ref 2383 or 2400 from appr 1944. inside is a manual wound subsecond calibre 30t2PC

It's in very nice shape. Awesome face. Should pretty easily fetch USD 700 on auction. Can do more too, with a little luck
