Came across this watch at auction Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Networkand I'm skeptical of the authenticity. I'd like to know 1) whether this is a redial and/or 2) whether this is a frankenwatch.

For one, the other examples I've found of this reference number don't look like this one. I've seen 2505-4 with cal 260T as well as 2319/6 with a cal 30T2.

The hands on this appear to be blued steel. The other's I've seen are just steel.

Seller also claims the dial is all original and the watch as a whole is essentially NOS.

Thanks in advance for the help!

    Redial. 100%
Case and movement are fine, most likely a cal 265.
    Earlier 2505 were indeed 30T2
    Wrong crown for this reference.
The hands are authentic but too short for a jumbo.

Thanks Rman! When you put the logos side by side like that it's much more obvious. I should've noticed the minute being short since it doesn't reach the track. I always see people pointing that out.

What's the etiquette for something like this on ebay? I mean the seller is clearly calling it NOS when it is not.

Some intentionally mislead, some don't know better.
