Thanks... Yeah, there just seems to be something off, but hard to put my finger on it. I didn't think they refinished these honeycomb dials because it was too hard, but ...anyone else, please chime in!

 

Yeah, I'm with you. If it's refinished it's well done except the text line up...

I happen to own one of those:

AFAIK, these are not commonly seen, but there's some pieces that have this dial configuration. Is it maybe a case ref 2577 cal. 351?
Any inputs are also appreciated by my side.

Is a correct configuration. I have several like that. Do you have any other photos? Is it just this photo where the alignment looks off?

Taking a closer look: are those hands original? They look quite "thick" for me.

 

My vote is original.

Hands seem okay as well - the radium triangle on the minute hand isn’t common but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen it on 50s Seamasters before.
