Help! Omega Cal.1002

Hello, I have been restoring my first watch; a 1969 Omega De Ville with the movement cal 1002. Somewhere along the way I lost a screw to my click spring. I have searched everywhere and had no luck on finding a screw or even the part number of the screw. If anyone could give me a link to where I could buy one or point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated because this is all I need to finish the watch as of now. Thank you!
