Help needed to identify this Omega

UPDATED WITH CASEBACK OFF. Please help identify this watch. I am interested in the model name, age, ballpark valuation and whether I should have it restored. I inherited the watch from my father. Unfortunately, I do not know where or when he acquired it, but I think he had it as far back as the 70s or 80s. Also, the crystal is missing.

Any assistance is appreciated.
