4B6C33C0-78C0-4FF3-8DB4-E2758ED5AA94.jpeg Some time ago I bought this watch case, it was described as an Omega 166.0120, it was one of those late night purchases that seemed a good idea at the time. I don’t think that’s the right calibre number, Omega made several that look very similar but I haven’t been able to identify it yet, has anyone got any ideas?

It is and it isn't. 166.120 is how it was issued. Omega added a digit to the second part of the number, so in its vintage database, it comes up as a Geneve model.

If you want to search the web for similar, use 166.120.

When you look online at pictures it is a Geneve and the shape of the case is right but mine has a bezel all the others I’ve looked at did not.
