I totally get wanting to replace something on a watch that bothers you, it's your watch and if you aren't happy with it you should do what you can to make it enjoyable. Some of us wouldn't bother, others would spare no expense, either way it's your watch. After reading through the thread the options appear to be:
1) Laser welding - while this can be expensive it may be a good option and if done right could preserve most of what gives the current bezel it's character
2) Find an authorized/certified Omega watchmaker. They should be able to order a new bezel from Omega to replace the current one. Depending on price this might be your best bet. The bezel will look new but in time it will get the same scratches as your current one. If you decide you can't live with the brand new bezel you can still send the old one out for laser welding and stick the new one on ebay. If you don't know of any certified Omega watchmakers in your area you could try and contact the local Boutique and see if they know of any:
https://www.omegawatches.com/store/...&utm_campaign=MyBusiness&utm_term=Makati-City - I personally wouldn't send it to Omega as they'd likely do a full service and you may end up with additional replacement parts.
Unfortunately that's about all the forum can help you with at this time, you should hang around and build a post count high enough to drop a WTB thread but I'd be surprised if there members sitting on a bag of bezels they're looking to sell. While you build a 200 post count you could also look for the same watch for sale on places like Ebay, maybe you'll find one with a better bezel for cheaper then laser welding, if you do you can swap the bezels and re-sell the donor watch.
As a side note, this forum doesn't really work on Bumps like other forums might, people tend to let threads age out over time and when something of substance can be added people will.
