Im a newbie when it comes to omegas!
Ive done some research my self, and the watch probably has a redial? maybe frankenwatch?

From the numbers I can tell its from the late 40's to early 50's

the caliber is 332

The closest I've come to is this:

http://www.retrovintagewatch.com/omega-auto-bumper-18ct-gold-344-mechanical.html
(This has the 334 movement and also gold, mine is not )

Look at the photos for more information.

Not a Franken or fake IMO. Circa 1951, Wadsworth US domestic made gold plated case using imported Swiss movement, a common occurrence in this era. Looks to have maybe been relumed but otherwise could in fact be the original dial finish. A nice enough thing but not massively valuable. Maybe worth a few hundred $ when running right, the problem is it may cost nearly as much to make it run right if as is normally the case it is way overdue a service.
