help me identify this watch

Hi all, this is my first post on this forum, hope you're all well. I have an omega watch here which I'm assuming is a vintage based on visuals alone. I've done some research and if I'm not mistaken the serial number is 8 digits long begining with 46, dating this as a 1984 watch. I guess what I'm asking for is some kind of confirmation regarding it's authenticity and what watch it is exactly, how much I can expect to get for it etc. 14k gold. 1455 movement.

Looks like a real Omega ladies watch in 14K gold. Can’t help much on the identification of the watch.

Value is limited to gold scrap.
