Help Me Identify: Statue of Liberty UG?

Looks to be a gold plated dress watch, nothing special, but it's got this Statue of Liberty dial for USA's 200th anniversary it looks like. Has anyone ever seen one of these before? Any idea on value? Thanks!

Reference number looks to be 542109. Caseback also says "16KT GOLD, ELECTROPLATE, STAINLESS STEEL BACK."

Never seen one before, it's kinda cool !
Thanks! My guess is it's not anything particularly collectible, just curious if others had seen one before.

Nothing points to it being a fake or Franken, and indeed looks pretty cool.
