Must be a pretty high end reference considering provenance, the owner depicted here with the watch is Tiglath/l-Pileser III king of Assyria -, c. 795-727 BC, considered one of the most prominent Assyrian kings, according to my sources. This wrist shot was immortalized at his royal palace in Nirmud, near Niniveh, region of Mossul Iraq.
Other similar looking examples are found on various winged spirits and reliefs from the same era.
