I am currently servicing an Omega Caliber 565 movement and unfortunately lost the small screw that secures the following part:

For reference, the screw is very small, likely around Ø0.8 mm diameter, and approximately 1.2–1.3 mm in length, but I would like to confirm the exact specifications.
