Is there a place where I can obtain this missing amber/yellow stone from a vintage Seamaster 120 (not even sure what the proper name is called) ?
I have looked at the spare parts section but no joy.

You probably want a generic one and see how you can make it fit.

Iirc, you can't even buy a pip for a 2005 sea master, let alone a 45 year old.
