Found this watch when helping my mom declutter. Looking to find more details on it. Doesn't have a pusher, wanted to replace and clean up for her. Thanks

Unfortunately, it’s a vintage fake. The stones are likely paste or very small diamond chips.

I would not put money into this watch except for sentimental reasons.

It has many tells not least of which are the fake outer hallmarks. It would likely give you a green wrist if you were brave enough to strap it on. It probably has a high Nickel content so possibly a nasty rash too.
