Help identifying weird ref+dial

Hey all!

Considering buying the following piece (I love Arabic numbers in vintage Omegas), price around ~$550. It’s a cal 266 and a weird reference number at 10149334.

I have looked up that reference online and for the first time found nothing.

Anyone have any info on this? Particularly interested to know if this is a redial, I haven’t seen anything like it before. (These are also all the pictures I have).

Yes, a redial. The sub-dial and over-painted minute markers are dead giveaways.

Got it. Normally I find it easy to tell by looking at the quality of the Swiss Made print, but have to admit this one almost fooled me.

Didn’t know if for that ref it’s supposed to be inside of the minute markers (I’ve seen a few legit Geneve and Seamaster refs that do).

Just an FYI, but that's not a reference number, it's a case number.
