Hello,
Made an impulse buy on an auction I probably shouldn't have. Cannot find any information on it and was wondering if any of you fine people might know. Bought from an auction house with just 1 picture up as it was going on the block in 15 min from when I found it and did not have any time to research. Just started getting into watches and this will be my 3rd purchase. Shipping will take a little bit (other side of the world) and I was curious if it was even real or not.

Thanks for the replies, I will put up more photos when it arrives. It was labeled as 2 tone SS but I think it was inaccurate. It was a relatively "cheap" watch at $500 aud.

We would need to see photos from the back at the least. My guess is that it is gold-filled, but wouldn't be terrible at that price as long as it's running, the plating is intact, and it's a full-size man's watch.

Looks gold-capped, so you did well. The bracelet is generic, but looks fine if you like it. Pretty blingy though, so you might try a strap for a different look.

Thank you for the quick response. I do not like the bracelet but if it was original I would keep it. Into the watch for about 500USD total so not too bad. Gonna get a new strap.

Watch came in today. Can try to take the back off if it will help.

Don't even try, it doesn't have a back as it's a Unishell or Monocoque case where the movement is removed from the front after removing the crystal with a special tool.

Nice looking watch and for AUD$500 it's a bargain in that condition. It will look nice on a brown leather strap.
