Good evening geomar looks like you've got some what of a good deal. If you can remove the back cover looks to be pressed on you'll get a load of information off the back cover and should be a 3 digit cal number.

Looks like a gold-capped on stainless case. If so, it is a good buy.

If i were to resell it how much do you think i'd be able to get off of it?
Im going to head to a professional to open the case back since I have no tools for it. Also very scared of damaging it

Selling a watch is not so easy. Most collectors will not pay a premium for the condition of the dial and case.

Put it on eBay and let us know how much you net after fees and shipping. Perhaps you will make a modest profit to cover your time and energy.
