Help identifying vintage Omega

Hi! I stumbled across this vintage Omega and I can’t find the right reference for this. It looks like a Geneve from the 70’s but it actually doesn’t say Geveve. Is there anyone here who might be able to point me in the right direction? Thanks!

open it up and the back shall have a reference number, then we can help rather than speculate.

Thanks! I just opened it up. It says 1660118 inside the case back, and 1480 which I assume is the caliber.

Not surprised it’s a Geneve - the case shape is very distinctive. There is some love for these on here, most notably @Spruce, who makes a good case for the modern styling and size. I’m also a sucker for 1970s style. Enjoy!

Treated properly, these old Genèves go on forever.
In five years you’ll have acquired another 15 watches and your new love will be in the back of the drawer hoping to see the light of day occasionally - and it’ll still be completely reliable. 😀

Thanks for your help! It’s a really nice watch and feels bigger than its size. Is it strange that it doesn’t say Geneve on the face? Also it doesn’t have any 1 or 59 minute marker, as I see on the one posted above from Omega’s archive.
