·My husband has a watch which was his great grandfathers. He was given it as a gift by Consumers Gas in Canada in 1955 recognizing him for 25 years of service. It says it is an Omega Automatic Globemaster. But, we can't find an image of the watch anywhere to figure out it's value and if worth restoring. It is fully functional and is keeping time despite being over 60+ years old. We haven't taken it anywhere to open it up to get a serial number and of course have no documentation. Globemaster is printed and not in cursive which doesn't seem to match anything we have seen on the internet. Also on a Flexon band. But, doubt that was original? Anyone have any idea?
