Help identifying vintage Omega inherited from my grandfather

    He's had this watch for as long as I can remember and I'm really excited to wear it but would love to know what model it is and if anyone has any info on it. Also, I don't know how to set it and I think it needs some repair.

    It helps if you directly post the pictures here. It also helps to see the inside of the caseback and movement.

    Looks like a late 60’s-early 70’s piece.
