Help identifying Vintage Omega “Time Only” with Radium Dial?

I was visiting a family friend recently and he had this in a case filled with mostly small and less “interesting” vintage pieces. Any ideas what it might be, or what it might be worth? I’m not typically an Omega guy (more into Universal), but must say I was struck by this. Case looked to be about 34/35mm. Didn’t get a look at back of case or anything else, so sorry about lack of good photos. Radium dial? Steeled blue hands. Cool lugs. Original looking (to me...) dial..
Any insight would be appreciated! Thanks.

    Probably a 2374 with 30.10 bumper movement

Going to revise my guess. 28.10 SC because I don’t believe the 30.10 came with center seconds. These were Omegas first automatic calibers.
The case style was shared by other references too.

I came in touch with this watch just this weekend. Still trying to get more details - and pics- and to see if the owner might part with it. If you’d potentially be interested please let me know. I believe it’s around 34/35mm.

Nice one. I guess there is a Bumper Automatic mouvement inside. Dial and hands are in very nice condition.
