Help identifying vintage ladies’ Omega - real or fake?

Hello,
I recently came across this ladies’ watch marked as Omega and I’d like your opinion on whether it is genuine or not.

Fake! Believe it! Other than the bogus name and symbol on the dial, it bears no resemblance to anything Omega ever produced.

It’s a fake unfortunately. Those stamps of omega on the case back is typical of fakes of that era (omega signed inside of the case back) . Also 18 k stamp that should be on solid gold watch is also a dead giveaway.
